About me

Even as a small child, I always enjoyed being outside and observing animals. I quickly realized that it wasn't enough for me to store the pictures as memories. I wanted to capture these moments as photos for myself and for other people as well.
First, I was allowed to borrow my parents' digital camera. But I soon realized that I needed better equipment. I bought a second-hand camera, an adapter and used my father's old lenses.
Winning the Vogelwarte photo competition gave me an additional boost of motivation and a new camera.

Through this hobby I have experienced beautiful moments in nature and observations that have been breathtaking. This moments also require a lot of patience and waiting. To balance this I also do a lot of sport.
Through sport, I recently came across sports photography, which has a few things in common with wildlife photography.
